OWH Daily Bread Designs Challenge for free shipping of cards to deployed troops.  This Month the challenge is to include Water on your card. I used the rainbow paper making the blue the water that the sail boat is on.  I added the paper flag to the top of the sails and placed the boat on the card hopefully making it look like a fun day on the water.
