First I cut my paper to 6" X 10" then did the folds with a 2" front then from that over at 2 inches up two 1" folds, at 3" two 1 1/2" folds, last at 5" two 2 1/2" folds. after all that then the cut from 2 inch to 5 inch and the folding the card worked. any questions? just ask.
Here is how it looked as I covered everything. It was sometimes a challenge to get things cut just right to fit but got it in the end.

yes I used Happy Hauntings but as I said I was hard for me to make everything fit so I cut down and altered as need. The tag was for a different cartridge and past project.
