I needed a card for my granddaughter so that's were I started.  I used a 4" X 5 1/2" card base, and while sorting my small stash found the background paper with numbers in different colors and used it.  I used  cord across the front for contrast and the cake to make it birthday.  Please join the fun at Just A Scrappin'
