Thanks for visiting today! Just-A-Scrappin' Challenge  is Aanything Goes for  Sept.12,2013. Make a card or layout using watercolors.  This was the first time I tried to make a card with watercolors.  I found out that I  have a heavy hand at color. This is the card  I came up with.  I learned that I should use more water  with  the pigment making it more trasnspaarent. I'm using this card for Operation Write Home. Come on Join us at

    Heavy handed or not, this turned out beautifully Sherry. I like that you used feathers the latest trend, feathers, as the focus of your card. And thank you for participating in "Operation Write Home." It is a great project and the service members really appreciate it.

    I think you did a great job...I wouldn't have thought to use a feather as a brush!
